Your guide, Bassourama Koné will be the expert guiding you through this inspiring journey and he made a special message for you to start out this program in the most personal way possible!

Some guidelines for walking through this teaching environment:

  • When you did a workout, make sure to click ''Complete and continue'' to mark the workout as complete. When you do this, you can track your progress in this course via the percentage meter on the left of your screen
  • Below every video you'll see comment sections which you can use to ask questions, share your progress, challenges and accomplishments. We HIGHLY recommend you to participate in these comments to improve your chances of success!
  • There are 2 ways you can access this course with your phone (So you can view training sessions everywhere you go).
  1. If you have an Iphone, you can use the app ''teachable'' via the App Store.
  2. If you have another type of phone, this course also works perfectly on your phone's webbrowser
